Juventus are ‘seriously interested’ in signing Manchester United forward Anthony Martial this summer and have met with his agents over a potential move, according to reports.
Martial has been a regular feature for the Red Devils this season and has been in decent form, scoring 11 goals in 40 appearances.
However, he is often the victim of rotation as Jose Mourinho balances his top-heavy squad, with the likes of Alexis Sanchez , Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard also competing for a place on the wing.
Various reports have claimed the 22-year-old is frustrated with his role at Old Trafford, having arrived to much fanfare when he joined from Monaco in 2015 for £36million.
And, according to reports in Italy from Premium Sport , Martial is considering a move away from this summer and has sent his agents for shock talks with Juventus.
The report claims Juve vice president Pavel Nedved met with Martial’s representatives last week to discuss a potential switch to Turin for the forward, while it is also claimed club CEO Giuseppe Marotta is ‘closely monitoring’ the situation.
It also describes Martial as a ‘concrete objective’ for the Italian champions this summer.
Martial only has one year remaining on his contract, expiring in 2019, and is reportedly valued at around £60million.
