Training ground antics are part and parcel of being a professional footballer.
While the mischief footballers get up to nowadays pales in comparison to the antics of the 'Crazy Gang' of the Wimbeldon era, there is still room for light-hearted fun.
Take Aston Villa's on-loan midfielder Robert Snodgrass , for example.
The Scotland international joined from West Ham in the summer, and has fitted in seamlessly with his new club mates.
Living up to their nickname as the Villans, his team-mates glued down his trainers to the bottom of his locker with super-glue.
Taking the gag like a pro, Snodgrass uploaded his hilarious reaction to Instagram.
