Real Betis are hoping to pip Arsenal and Everton to the signing of Norway star Sander Berge.

The midfielder is earning a growing reputation in Belgium with Genk and he could be on the move this summer.

Arsenal and Everton have been tracking the 20-year-old since September and both have continued to scout the youngster.

Now though, according to Estadio Deportivo, Betis have joined the race and they are hoping to sign Berge this summer.

Genk have reportedly slapped a £13million asking price on the Norwegian’s head and they will not settle for anything less than that.

The Belgian club signed Berge from Norwegian side Valerenga for just over £1m back in January 2017.
