Tottenham manager Maurico Pochettino is Paris Saint-Germain’s number one target to replace Unai Emery, talkSPORT have been told.
Emery is expected to leave his post at the end of the season, or perhaps even before then, after PSG were dumped out of the Champions League by Real Madrid .
A host of top coaches have been linked with the job, including Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger and Chelsea’s Antonio Conte.
Reports in France from L’Equipe have claimed PSG have already made contact with Conte’s representatives , and could offer him a bumper deal to leave Stamford Bridge and take over in Paris in the summer.
But L’Equipe writer Erik Bielderman has revealed Spurs manager Pochettino is ‘the man they really want’.
Conte is only second choice, he told talkSPORT on Thursday, claiming the PSG hierarchy indicated back in November that Pochettino was their top target to take over.
