Inter Milan have slapped a £70million price tag on Milan Skriniar to keep him out of the clutches of Manchester City .
The San Siro club are said to have snubbed a bid worth around £57m from City during January and they are bracing themselves for more interest this summer.
But Inter are ready to do everything they can to keep hold of Skriniar, who has emerged as one of Serie A's best central defenders.
Inter are hoping to land Stefan de Vrij during the summer and believe he and Skriniar could forge a rock-solid partnership in defence.
As such, they have no intention of selling the Slovakia international, who has played every minute of Inter's 26 league games so far this term.
Now, according to Tuttosport, Inter would only entertain the idea of selling the 23-year-old if a club lodged a formal offer of no less than £70m.
